Need more information ?

How to book my stay?
You can make your reservation 24 hours a day and 7 days a week on our website www.lagrangedesperes.fr, or by phone at 06.88.27.01.36 from 9 am to 6 pm.
It is however preferable to book online.
To reserve your apartment, simply select your arrival and departure dates and the number of beds required. You will then be offered the best option for your stay.
Should this selection not suit you, you are naturally welcome to modify it.
What services and amenities are available?
Our residence offers a range of services and amenities included or à la carte, such as: large screen smart TV, internet access, extra cleaning, laundry, parking...
Beds are made up on arrival.
A welcome kit is available including complimentary coffee capsules for a Dolce Gusto espresso machine (these capsules are available in supermarkets) as well as a toiletry kit.
We can also provide you with a baby kit (high chair, cot).

For your seminars, our meeting room for 20 people is available. We can organize your lunches, breakfasts or any other requests...

All à la carte services are optional and must be booked in advance.
How often is the cleaning done?
The cleaning of your apartment is done before your arrival. Additional cleaning is possible on request (for a fee) and must be reserved at the time of booking.
Le ménage de fin de séjour est inclus dans le prix.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price. Our apartments are handed over to you in excellent condition.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed at no extra charge, but a specific request must be made when making your reservation.
However, dogs must be kept on a leash inside the residence.
We rely on their owners to keep the premises clean and avoid any damage.
What payment methods are accepted?
Many means of payment are accepted including:
  • Visa, Mastercard, Maestro...
  • Bank checks
What are the general conditions of sale by internet?
The prices indicated are per apartment and per night. They do not include tourist taxes which must be paid on site.
We offer several rates. When you make your reservation, you will be informed of the conditions of sale of each rate. You can also consult our conditions of sale in our general conditions of sale section.
What are the arrival and departure times?
You can take possession of your apartment between 4 and 8:30 pm. In case of an arrival outside this time frame, please call us on +33 (0)6.88.27.01.36.

The apartments must be vacated before 11 am on the day of departure.
What are the reception hours at the residence?
There is no permanent reception at our residence. We would however like to welcome you on your arrival and in order to ensure that this personalized welcome takes place in the best conditions, please inform us one hour (1h) before your arrival on 06.88.27.01.36.
Is the residence wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the residence is equipped with an elevator that serves all floors.
Access to the first floor is on the same level. A parking space for a wheelchair accessible vehicle is located near the entrance.
